The customer had been using other equipment before implementing the MARQ Gap Flap Solution but only on regular RSC cases. The customer had used MARQ equipment in the past and when implementing the new line went with MARQ because of past experience and price.
Requirements:
¨ Handle both gap flap cases and regular RSC cases.
¨ Present a quality case to the customer.
Payback:
The payback for this line was estimated at 9 months. That payback was based on corrugated savings alone since the new line was a replacement, but increased production speed is also expected with the MARQ equipment.
