This customer manufacturers pvc pipe fittings and packages them for retail distribution. They pack the fittings into trays with lids that enable the retailer to simply remove the lid and display the product in the original tray it shipped in. The customer needed an automation system that could operate 24/7 and consistently erect the trays for packing, put the lid on, and seal them for shipping. Since this customer has purchased other MARQ equipment in the past and experienced the "tuff" built construction, they knew that the MARQ equipment was their ultimate automation solution.
