This customer is a distributor of wholesale paper office supplies and office stationary to be packed in 4 case sizes. The MARQ solution replaced personnel that hand erected and sealed boxes for packing, ultimately eliminating high labor costs. Since purchasing the MARQ Case Erector, they have increased their box erecting production to 2,000-3,000 cases per day. This customer is amazed at the performance of the MARQ Case Erector. The results have not only exceeded their expectations and increased their automation process, but most importantly increased profits.
Requirements:
· To eliminate labor that was hand erecting and sealing boxes.

· Mesh guarding with switches to disengage power/air when door is opened to provide maximum operator safety protection.
