This customer had already implemented an automatic packing line. However, they were still erecting cases by hand, using up needed manpower, and unable to keep up with the existing automation. With their continual growth, time had come for this clothing manufacturer to automate case erecting and speed up the production line. They had two major goals in mind. � Produce corrugated with speed of existing production line. � Reallocate manpower currently being used to erect cases The decision to purchase MARQ equipment came from prior experience with MARQ machines: In sharing best practices with another branch of their company that had already purchased MARQ equipment, they learned of the dependability and durability of MARQ machines.
