This customer packs the powder product used for powder coat painting and distributes it for resale. They were adding a new automated line to their production facility with the goal of a higher distribution output. In researching many different manufacturers of automated equipment, they viewed the MARQ video demonstrating the operations of the HPE Case Erector. After viewing the MARQ video, they concluded that it was the machine they needed to fit their case erecting needs.

MARQ Solution and Advantages:
Prior to implementing the MARQ HPE Case Erector, the customer used hired labor to hand erect the cases. Their goals were to totally automate the new production line and create a higher output of products. Since the implementation, they have been able to relocate the hired labor that was hand erecting to other areas of the production line effectively reducing labor costs. In addition to reducing labor costs, they have increased their output of product, which has resulted in an increase in total profits.
