This customer packages grocery items in three different size cases for distribution. They were using manpower to hand erect cases, and were in need of an automation system that would replace the manpower and also increase production by erecting more cases per hour. After implementing the MARQ HPE215 Case Erector, they were able to relocate the original manpower to other areas ultimately increasing production and revenues.
Requirements:
· A machine to replace manpower and maximize production and consistency.
· Utilize used corrugated boxes up to three times.
· Top Major Flap Assist to hold the major flap up and keep from interfering in first folding the minor flaps.
· Maintenance Package with diagnostics for tape head to alleviate continuous monitoring.
