FEATURED MACHINE OF THE MONTH

MARQ Product Settler

MARQ offers a non-sealing product settler with high performance in its small footprint. This compact machine incorporates controlled vibration principles to reduce overpack, allowing the case’s top flaps to close without interference from the product.

Common applications for this type of equipment include fresh and frozen vegetables, frozen poultry pieces or french fries, frozen donuts, powdered products, and small plastic parts.

Choose from 36” length with bottom belt drive, or 43” length with or without bottom belt drive and containing a vibration platter which assists in moving the filled case through the machine. Weights can be added or subtracted to increase/decrease vibration, and casters provide ease in moving the product settler from line to line.

This machine features heavy-duty welded steel and a powder coated finish. As with all of MARQ’s equipment, this non-sealing product settler is built to withstand the daily rigors of 24/7/365 operations.

WHAT'S GOING THROUGH THE SHOP

MARQ is proud to announce the addition of a smaller-footprint high-performance case erector bottom sealer in our packaging equipment line.

A step up from the HPE-215, our HPE-220 Case Erector Bottom Sealer offers a big case range on a small footprint. An ideal choice for use in space-restricted areas, this case erector can produce up to 20 cases per minute.

This machine features an ergonomically-friendly continuous-feed in-line hopper which is adjustable to accommodate several case sizes. Dual vacuum cups provide a powerful, consistent grip for opening the cases.

A dual flight lug conveying system provides square cases with even sealing and stable case dimensions. Bottom case flaps are sealed with pressure-sensitive tape.
