Automatic Trayformer

A Packaging machine which automatically constructs corrugated trays. That process typically entails forming of corrugated blanks and permanently affixing the various flaps and tabs of the formed piece. Trayformers should allow the use of different forming mandrels to accommodate tray blanks of differing configurations. Depending on the design of the corrugated blank, Trayformers can be used to construct an almost limitless array of finished pieces, including tops for cases and complete, self-closing containers. Random Case Sealer

Random Case Sealer

An automatic case sealer which is designed to process cases in random assortment of sizes, one by one. This type of sealer has the capability to sense the dimensions of an incoming case and automatically adjust to it in just a few seconds. The more advanced machine designs are so sophisticated that they can make these nearly instantaneous automatic adjustments with a minimum of movement from one case size to the next. An automatic case sealer which includes a vibration station where the product in the filled case is vibrated for a specified period to settle the contents of the case before it's sealed. For packagers of certain commodities, e.g. small plastic parts, frozen foods, some types of produce, etc., this can result in more efficient use of corrugated and consequently reduce corrugated costs.
