MARQ Packaging Vibration equipment is a means to settle the product inside the case prior to sealing thereby reducing in-transit settling, settling bulk filled products and reducing corrugated cost. Z Vibrator 36/43

HPV-Z High Performance Vibrator available in 36" and 43" frame lengths.  The machine vibrates the product down in the case to avoid product over-pack when dealing with the case downstream.  There is no sealing available on this machine.

 

FB Vibrator 102/78

HPV-FB High Performance Flight Bar Drive 102" Frame Case Vibrator.  This machine incorporates an 78" vibrator platter with minor flap folding and top compression that allows the case to vibrate in a "free" state and then transfers forward to controlled vibration.  This is an ideal piece of equipment for use when short on space but maximum vibration is needed without sealing the case.  Flight bar drive system for maximum contact of case and 80 pitch chain for 24/7 durability.

FB Vibrator Sealer 102/53

High Performance Flight Bar Drive 102" Frame Vibrator Top Case Sealer.  The HPV-FB-T features a 53" long vibrating platter for settling the product quickly before transferring into the sealing portion where the top flaps are folded and adhesive is applied.  This combination case vibrator/sealer is ideal for use when floor space is limited but maximum performance is required.  Heavy duty flight bar drive transfer system using 80 pitch chain for 24/7 durability.

FB Vibrator Sealer 144/78

High Performance Vibrator Top and Bottom Case Sealer with flight bar drive in a 144" frame length.  This vibrator features an 78" vibrating platter and top spring loaded compression to settle the really tough products before the case is sealed top and bottom.  This "industry proven" vibration sealer is currently operating in frozen french fries, frozen bakery products, frozen chicken and fresh potatoes.  Because the vibration technique reduces in-transit settling, corrugated costs can be reduced and the number of cases on a pallet can be increased.

FB Vibrator Sealer 247/78(2)

High Performance Vibrator Top and Bottom Case Sealer that is a 247" frame length and features flight bar drive.  Two (2) 78" vibrating platters allow open or "free" vibration while the second platter is controlled vibration with spring loaded top compression.  This machine has earned the right to be called the "Big Dog" and if you've given up on ever finding a machine to settle your product, this is the machine you need to look at.  All MARQ vibrators were designed based on the Principle of Vibration and Shock Isolation that was conducted by the University of California in the early 60's.
